Life has been a whirl; my cup is running over–not with painting but with painting related activities. The two, back-to-back, group shows at the ICO Gallery were fun. I was so pleased that so many friends, colleagues and collectors were able to come to one show or the other. Each reception was accompanied by a weekend in NYC, galleries and museums! I was exhausted.
Such a thrilling two months has been followed by the opportunity to exhibit my “Kitchen Paintings” at The Futon Company in Worcester, Mass. This store/gallery is in a hip section of Worcester full of restaurants, the company and a wonderful consignment clothes store full of vintage clothing.
I have not shown my “kitchen paintings” as a group before and selecting, matting and framing them has been such a pleasure. I am so pleased to have this opportunity.
